Need more space? Combine offices. Take two or more rooms together and the discount gets bigger the more you combine. Ask about a package when you enquire.

How much are the rooms?+
It depends on the room size and the terms you want, but it's always one fixed weekly cost with outgoings included. Call or send an enquiry and you'll get a straight number.
Who are the rooms for?+
Anyone who needs a professional room or office. That includes health practitioners (physio, chiro, myotherapy, massage, psychology and more), but you don't need to be in health. Coaches, consultants and other small businesses are welcome too. It suits people going out on their own, businesses adding a second location, and anyone who wants a proper space without a fit-out.
What's already in the room?+
Rooms are fitted with carpet, lighting, air conditioning and power, and you get 24 hour access to your own office. Bring your own equipment and you're set up.
Do I pay outgoings separately?+
No. You pay one weekly rate that includes rent and outgoings, so there are no separate bills to juggle and no big upfront costs.
Can I hire a desk instead of a whole room?+
Yes. Co-working desks are available by the day or half day, with access to the shared kitchen and bathroom. It's a cheaper way to start before taking a room of your own.
Do I have to sign a long lease?+
No. Rooms are available long term, short term or by the half day. Tell us how often you'll use the space and we'll work out what fits.
Can I rent more than one room?+
Yes. You can combine offices into a bigger space, up to 79 m², and the more rooms you combine, the bigger the discount. Tell us how much space you need and we'll put a package together.
Is renting a room here above board?+
Yes. The head lease for the building allows subletting, so your room agreement with Synergy is set up properly.
How soon can I move in?+
Five offices are available now. Book an inspection, pick your room and terms, and you can move in straight after.
I've never run my own practice. Is there support?+
Yes. You'll be working alongside other practitioners and business owners who've already made the move, and Dion and Amanda help every tenant get set up, including people starting an NDIS-funded business.
